- 1.10-フェナントロリン水和物 1.487g (難溶)
- 硫酸鉄(II)七水和物 0.695g
- 100mlになるようにDWでメスアップ
- ニトロセルロースメンブレン（WCN, 0.45 μm WHITE 25 mm）
How to mix the solutions †
- mix Sodium Bromate 1.44ml
- mix Sulfuric Acid 1.44ml
- mix Sodium Bromide 200ul
- mix Malonic Acid 400ul
- the colors of the solution turns to be transparent.
- mix Ferroin 570ul
- BZ reaction starts!
